Off-roading capabilities have been improved
As mentioned, the off-roading capabilities have also been improved with a standard rear diff-lock on all Adventure and All-Purpose models.
The all-wheel drive system has quicker gear changes and the durable ladder chassis has also been strengthened.
The on-road performance has also been improved with safety equipment including lane departure warning, intelligent speed limiter, traffic sign recognition and autonomous emergency braking.
New D-Max also stands out from the crowd
The new D-Max also stands out from the crowd because it’s the only pickup currently available in the UK that has rear radar fitted as a standard feature on the double cab variants.
Indeed, the double cabs of the Isuzu D-Max range also include blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, and for another first in the pickup segment, emergency lane keeping.
The diesel engine is Euro 6D compliant and the engine delivers 164 PS with 360Nm of torque.
The power is delivered using either a six-speed automatic, or a six-speed manual transmission.
The all-new D-Max can tow up to 3.5 tons and its payload is more than a tonne.
The all-new Isuzu D-Max
The line-up of the all-new Isuzu D-Max includes three different cab types – they are the double, extended and single cab and there are four new trim levels.
As usual, the D-Max comes with a five-year or 125,000 miles warranty, along with five years of UK and European roadside assistance.
The new Isuzu D-Max is available to order now and will be in UK showrooms in March 2021.
